We are located in the Village of South Heighton with a gateway entrance onto the South Downs National Park and the South Downs Way less than a minute from our doorstep.

We have a simple village pub & beer garden within viewing distance from the garden.

We are 9 miles from Brighton and 7 miles from Lewes town. With good public transport links, including Train station, bus routes and Newhaven Ferry Port to Dieppe.
